I have a wide variety of interest, but my main goal at this time is to educate. I am a LEED Green Associate, a Green Classroom Professional with 19 Badges in my Backpack, and also my TRUE Advisor certificate. My enthusiasm shows when I am sharing my knowledge. I moved back home to the state of Texas in 1992. I continue to work in the food and beverage industries today as an instructor, pursuing my passion for teaching exotic flavors of the world, inspired by years as a military dependent. I have cooked with and washed dishes for some of the best chefs from around the world.
